June 2000 Rides & Events

Ride difficulty ratings are approximate:
    #1: Family/Beginner Ride
    #2: Mostly flat to rolling, up to 1/3 hills
    #3: Rolling, up to 1/2 hills
    #4: Rolling, mostly hills, some long, steep grades and/or long mileage
    #5: Mostly long, steep hills and/or extremely long mileage.

ANSI- or Snell-approved helmets are required

All rides will begin 15 minutes after the scheduled ride time. All riders are welcome to join us!

Ribbons (and prizes to licensed racers) given to the top five times in each category (by age in 5 yr increments, USCF licensed and citizen cats). $10 entry fee and helmets required.   • 10:00 am, 40/75 mi. Joint Ride with the Bluegrass Cycling Club. Meet at Bridgeport School just off US 60 west of Frankfort (if coming from Louisville, take I-64 Exit 48, north on Hwy 155 to US 60, east approx. 2.5 miles - school is to the right on street which parallels US 60).
