OKHT Time Trial Training

by Eddie Doerr, Time Trial Coordinator

For those of you who have never done a Time Trial but were curious, we are having Time Trial training practice at 6:30 pm on Tuesdays at the Caesar's west side parking lot, south on Hwy 111.

Training will include:

  • What is a Time Trial
  • How to train for a Time Trial
  • Actual training workouts
  • Start practice
  • Turn around practice
  • Tips and shortcuts to save time
  • Exercise physiology that can be applied to any sport, not just cycling

We are actually training on the Natz Master's Time Trial course, well-marked and isolated for most of the miles ridden on a beautiful, country river road.

There is no fee, this is a free service offered by the LBC, OKHT Tour, and OKHT Time Trial. Open to all members regardless of ability or purpose. After "training" with us, you will be a better, if not faster rider. Guaranteed!

Cancelled only in the event of lightning.
